✧ A Few Things to Make Your Stay Even More Enjoyable
To help ensure a comfortable, pleasant, and respectful stay for all guests, we kindly invite you to observe the following guidelines.
General
- Kindly refrain from eating in the bedrooms
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in consideration of other guests and neighbours
- We would be grateful if all guests could treat the house, its furnishings, and shared spaces with care and respect
Shared Spaces
- The cupboard on the right-hand side of the living room contains an iron and ironing board for guest use
- We kindly ask that shared areas be kept clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
- The electrical panel is located next to the entrance door and should be opened only in case of necessity
Kitchen
- Please treat the kitchen with the same care you would your own
- After cooking, kindly ventilate the space, especially when preparing food with stronger aromas
- Please avoid disposing of food scraps in the sink; waste may be placed in the bin under the sink
- We kindly ask that all items be returned to their original place after use
- Cleaning products and recycling bins are located under the sink
- Tap water in Rome is safe to drink; a bottle of mineral water will also be provided upon arrival
Appliances & Utilities
- To reduce environmental impact, please use the washing machine and dishwasher only when full, preferably on eco mode
- The thermostat is preset according to the season; for adjustments, please contact us
- When leaving the house, kindly switch off lights, television, and air conditioning or heating when not needed
- In the event of a temporary interruption of electricity, gas, or water, please contact us for assistance
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted inside the guesthouse
- Guests may smoke outdoors only
- Please do not dispose of cigarette butts in the courtyard or surrounding areas
Visitors
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
- Additional guests must be approved in advance and may be subject to an extra charge
- Children must be supervised at all times
Parties & Events
- Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted
Pets
- Although we love animals, pets are not permitted in the guesthouse
Safety
- Please ensure that doors and windows are properly closed and locked when leaving
- Each room is equipped with a safe for your valuables — please remember your code
Damages
We trust that our guests will treat the property with care. Should an accident occur, we kindly ask that you:
- report any damage or breakage promptly
- avoid moving furniture
- note that any damage not covered by insurance may be charged
